At Computex 2012 exhibition in Taipei, AMD demonstrated a new nettop LifeBox, which is perfect for office or as a home entertainment center.
The AMD Lifebox is an compact PC aka nettop which does not need to install it on the table, it is directly connected to the outlet.
Inside a AMD nettop Lifebox there is a AMD Brazos C60 processor. AMD nettop Lifebox is running on Windows 8 operating system. AMD nettop Lifebox has a pair of USB ports, HDMI output, built-in card reader and a LAN port. It has SSD drive as a storage.
Since AMD does not manufacture computers, the company hopes that other manufacturers will take AMD nettop Lifebox into service and begin to release something like that.
