DataWind, the manufacturer of cost effective Aakash tablet is once again getting ready to splash the market with their new tablet, named UbiSlate 7C+Edge. The most notable factor is that the company itself recommends this new tablet for Aakash 3.

The new tablet is very affordable and the company promises to deliver the gadget within 6 working days after giving the order. It has a quite big display of 7 inches capacitive touchscreen with 800×480 pixel resolution, which is ideal for watching HD videos or games. It has SIM card slot which can be used for video calling, facilitates 2G, GPRS connectivity and comes with Edge support. UbiSlate 7C+ Edge tablet will be powered with a 1GHz Cortex A8 processor, coupled with 512 MB of RAM and runs on Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich.

It features games and more than 150,000 apps from Google app store. It can also be used to download the educational software available in the Google play store, which can be used to make the learning process an easy one.
